"Fishing" Trip

There is a really fun place up the mountain called Villa Pez. They have 5 tilapia ponds where you can come to fish, then they will cook it up for you to eat! The whole family ventured up there and we had a great day. The "fishing" consists of some line wrapped around a stick with a hook on the end; the bait is some sort of dog or cat food mixed with water that you ball up, squeeze together and put on your hook. Basically you have to try to throw your line with the balled up goo into the water without the goo falling off, I would say we had a 20% success rate!

The fish were biting but small, everyone caught a few but we were kind enough to release them all back so they could get bigger, then we can come back and try again:) We stayed for lunch, the kids got to ride some horses that were saddled up for guests use and we had a great day!!
