Nicaragua trip #2

Last weekend was another trip to Nicaragua to get the passports stamped. It was a lot of fun, boys did great on the bus and our friend JJ joined us. We went on a boat trip which turned out to be way more fun than imagined. We got to do some fishing and all of us got a chance to reel one in, we saw a ton of dolphins and I spotted a sea turtle right before it dove under... here are some pics!

A few more house pics

Here are a couple pics of the house and interior paint... the green is lime and quite striking, but hey, how many people do you know with a lime green wall???

Introducing...Oliver

Last week a neighbor found a baby kitty on the street without a mommy. Aaron offered to take the kitty home to the mama kitty in the barn with 4 little ones... great idea yeah?? Not so. Said mama kitty is in the process of weining and the other babies were hogging all the boob juice, so after a night of no attention, the kitty came to live with the humans and is being bottle fed every couple hours. Here are some pics of the new addition.

A Day at the Beach

My friend Kate and I took the boys to the beach last week, the weather was perfect, the water just right and a good time was had by all. Here are some pics of the boys, the baby beach tent is a fantastic way to keep Riley from eating sand!!

La Casita

So many of you know we are working on fixing up a house on the back of the wood shop to live, its a little over a mile from Aaron's parents house where we live now and down the street from the factory/office. So far they have taken down a couple walls and put others up, fenced the whole thing, painted in and out, built a little plunge pool and much more I can't begin to describe. The house has come so far and there isn't much left to do, we should be moving in two weeks.

Here are some pics of before and current...
